From the Fulton area or North (Lamar, Holiday Beach, Tivoli, Austwell, Port Lavaca or beyond):
Take State Highway 35 South through Fulton and into Rockport. Do not follow signs to SH 35 at FM 3036. Keep going straight. You'll encounter several traffic lights and pass through "restaurant row". When you pass Walgreens and Blockbuster, you'll see Little Bay on your left. Watch for the brown signs to Rockport Beach Park on the lefthand side. Just beyond that sign to Rockport Beach Park, you'll reach the fork in the road at Business 35/Broadway Street. Stay in the lefthand lane and enter Broadway Street, which becomes Austin Street. From Austin Street, go a few blocks down to E. Main Street and turn left. (Note: If you reach Market Street, you have gone too far. Turn around and get back on Austin Street then turn right onto E. Main Street.) Waterstreet Mall is on the lefthand side of the road.

From the Aransas Pass area or South:
Take State Highway 35 Business north to Market Street (FM 1069) in Rockport. Turn right onto Market Street, then left when you reach the split in the road at Austin Street. It's best to stay in the righthand left turn lane so you won't miss the next step. From Austin Street, turn right onto E. Main Street. (Note: If you reach the traffic light at Broadway/35 Business, you have gone too far. Go ahead and jog right onto 35 Business. Take the first right, another right at Laurel Street towards Rockport Beach Park. At the stop sign, make a right onto Concho Street and keep going straight past the Maritime Museum until you reach Austin Street. Turn left at Austin Street. From Austin Street, turn left onto E. Main Street.) Waterstreet Mall is on the lefthand side of the road.

From Corpus Christi, Portland, Sinton, Gregory or West:
Take State Highway 35 north to the Market Street (FM 1069) exit in Rockport (not the FM1069 exit to Aransas Pass). Turn right onto Market Street, cross State Highway 35 Business at the light. Turn left when you reach the split in the road at Austin Street. It's best to stay in the righthand left turn lane so you won't miss the next step. From Austin Street, turn right onto E. Main Street. (Note: If you reach the traffic light at Broadway/35 Business, you have gone too far. Go ahead and jog right onto 35 Business. Take the first right, another right at Laurel Street towards Rockport Beach Park.
